Shipping Policy

Products normally ship within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Smaller orders may be sent via First Class mail if appropriate.

Return & Exchange Policy

All products with standard, non-upgraded embroidery may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in new condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for these returns. NO returns on items with upgraded embroidery.
